41’s Treatment

SARCO-41™ was named after the founder’s horse “41,” who is pictured here during his treatment.

Dr. Ted P. Vlahos, D.V.M., M.S., Diplomat, A.B.V.P of Sheridan Equine Hospital in Sheridan, Wyoming treated this quarter horse which had a massive sarcoid around his left eye. After chemotherapy failed, Dr. Vlahos acquired SARCO-41™ from 41 Laboratories. The prognosis of this PRCA head horse ever returning to the arena was grim and the owner was willing to try anything to save his equine partner’s sight. As you can see by the photos below, the SARCO-41™ completely removed the tumor and the horse has returned to his former health.
